Refund Policy
At Burn It Up Firewood, your satisfaction is our priority. Refunds are available under the following conditions:
- Local Deliveries (Metro Detroit area):
We offer a 100% satisfaction guarantee. If you are not happy with your kiln-dried firewood delivery for any reason, notify us within 7 days of delivery, and we will collect the wood and issue a full refund.
Refunds will be processed to the original payment method once the product has been received and inspected.
Shipping & Delivery Policy
We offer reliable and timely firewood delivery to eligible destinations within Metro Detroit and Southeast Michigan.
Shipping Methods
- Local Deliveries:
Firewood is delivered directly by Burn It Up Firewood using our own vehicles and crew.
Options include face cord delivery, and Rack Reserve service. - Non-Local Shipments:
Deliveries outside our service area may be fulfilled by a third-party carrier such as UPS or an equivalent freight service.
Delivery Times
Orders are typically fulfilled within 5–10 business days of purchase, depending on weather, inventory, and destination.
Delivery Fees
Delivery fees vary by location, order size, and delivery type. Applicable rates are displayed during checkout.
Eligible Destinations
- At-home delivery is limited to our defined Metro Detroit service area.
- Out-of-area shipping is available upon request and will be quoted separately.
Return Policy & Process
Returns are accepted under the following conditions:
- The product must be unused and in its original condition (unburned, unaltered).
- You must notify us within 7 days of delivery to initiate a return.
- The customer is responsible for any return shipping or pickup costs unless the return is due to product defect or error.
To initiate a return, email orders@burnitupfirewood.com with your order number, delivery address, and reason for return.
Our team will provide return instructions and schedule a pickup or shipment.
Cancellation Policy
Orders may be canceled under the following conditions:
- Cancellations must be requested within 24 hours of order placement.
- If your order has already been scheduled or shipped, cancellation may no longer be possible.
- To cancel an order, email orders@burnitupfirewood.com with your order number and cancellation request.
We will confirm your order status and process the cancellation if eligible.
Additional Terms
All products are kiln-dried, pest-free Michigan hardwoods, delivered clean and ready to burn.
By placing an order, you acknowledge that firewood is a natural product with variations in size, shape, and appearance.
